Win, lose, or draw - how do you expect Ireland to do against Sweden?

All eyes are on the Stade de France this evening as Ireland kick off their Euro 2016 campaign.

Four years on from the disappointment of Poland and Ukraine, Ireland make their return to the European Championships.

And it all kicks off in the Stade de France this evening when the Boys in Green take on Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Sweden.

Tens of thousands of Irish fans have descended on Paris for the start of what they hope will be a glorious adventure.

And while Ireland are in fact ranked two places higher than the Swedes, Erik Hamren’s side are made clear favourites by the bookmakers — further evidence of the stiff opening test that faces Martin O’Neill’s men.
