Kerry and Cork ring the changes for minor football tie

The sides drew 2-13 apiece last week and replay their encounter tomorrow night in Tralee.

MICKEY NED O’SULLIVAN has made two changes for the Kerry minor footballer’s clash with Cork tomorrow night.

The sides meet in a provincial quarter-final replay in Austin Stack Park in Tralee after they finished all square at 2-13 apiece last Friday night in Páirc Uí Rinn.

Kevin Shanahan of Ardfert and Conor Jordan of Austin Stacks, both of whom were introduced during the drawn game, are handed starting berths.

They come into the side at midfield and full-forward respectively for the counties meeting in the Electric Ireland Munster MFC.

Barry O’Sullivan and Shane O’Connor both drop to the bench.

The Kerry substitutes have also been named for tomorrow’s game.

Cork manager Ephie Fitzgerald has rung the changes with Aidan Moynihan, whose goal from a late penalty in extra-time rescued a draw for Cork last week,  amongst those in from the start on this occasion.

In defence Dylan Quinn comes into the team at full-back, Kevin Flahive is selected at corner-back and Sean White gets the nod at half-back. Conor Kingston starts at midfield while Richard O’Sullivan comes in at wing-forward.

Injuries have contributed to some of Cork’s switches with Niall Hayes, Kieran Histon, Rickard Cahalane, Peter O’Neill, Don O’Driscoll and Conor O’Driscoll the players to make way.
