WHEN SAM TAGESON was born with two heart chambers instead of four, doctors advised his parents that he shouldn’t play sports.

However, that didn’t stop him taking up ice hockey at the age of six and, according to the San Jose Mercury, he’s played the sport ever since.

However, even Tageson could hardly believe he’d ever sign a contract with a NHL team but, thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, that’s exactly what happened yesterday:
