The trio are all celebrated figures in Tyrone football. Logan lined out in the 1995 All-Ireland final loss to Dublin along with Canavan.

The Errigal Ciarán atacking great Canavan would go on to win All-Ireland senior medals in 2003 and 2005 while he claimed six All-Star awards in his playing days.

Last year they lost out to Monaghan in the Ulster U21 final before this year being defeated by Donegal at the Ulster quarter-final stage.

Tyrone chairperson Roisin Jordan paid tribute to the impact of the management team.

“Since taking over in 2014, Feargal led the U21′s to their first silverware at the grade in almost a decade when they claimed the Ulster title in 2015, culminating with an All-Ireland title the same season, the counties first since 2001.

“This was followed up with an Ulster final appearance in 2016. On behalf of Coiste Contae Thir Eoghain, I extend thanks to Feargal, Brian and Peter and their backroom team for all their efforts over the last four campaigns and wish them every success in the future.”
