WATCH: Neymar completes a century on his 20th birthday

It hasn’t taken the Mohican-haired Samba striker long to reach 100 career goals.

FOR ANY FOOTBALLER, reaching 100 career goals is an achievement in its own right.

Brazil’s latest poster boy Neymar has only been playing in the Santos first team for just under three years and already has managed to reach the milestone.

And what makes it even more impressive is the fact that he did so on his 20th birthday.

The striker, who has been strongly linked with a move to Barcelona, headed home from close range after Ganso had whipped in a free kick in the 2-1 defeat to Palmeiras on Sunday.

Neymar’s team-mates presented the birthday boy with a cake after the game but, by the looks of this picture, it didn’t last very long.
