Tickets for this year's Women's Rugby World Cup in Ireland go on sale tomorrow

And the hosts will meet Australia on day one as the pool schedule is confirmed.

TICKETS FOR THIS year’s Women’s Rugby World Cup will go on sale at 9am tomorrow morning (Monday) with the schedule for the pool stages now confirmed.

Defending champions England will open Pool B at the UCD Bowl on Wednesday 9 August with kick-off at 2pm while New Zealand and Wales’ Pool B opener is under way at Billings Park 45 minutes later.

Hosts Ireland will begin their WRWC 2017 campaign against Australia at 7pm in the UCD Bowl while the first day’s action draws to a close when their Pool C rivals France and Japan go head to head at 7.45 in Billings Park.

Day tickets for each of the three pool days start at just €5 for schoolchildren and €10 for adults, per day, for Billings Park, while day tickets for the UCD Bowl start at €10 for schoolkids and €15 for adults, per day.

Family tickets (two adults and two children) start from just €25 for Billings Park and €40 for the UCD Bowl, per day.

Announcing the sale Fiona Coghlan, Women’s Rugby World Cup 2017 Ambassador, said,

“With just eight months to go until the first games in UCD, (the competition) takes another important step forward with the pool schedules confirmed and all tickets on sale.”
