Dublin footballers to meet the New Zealand rugby team next week

The All Blacks and All-Ireland champions are set to cross paths.

THE ALL-IRELAND senior football champions and the All Blacks are set to meet up in Dublin next week.

New Zealand are in town to face Ireland on Sunday November 24th at the Aviva Stadium in the final game of the 2013 Guinness Autumn Series.

And the Dublin senior footballers are set to get the chance to meet the All Blacks next Wednesday November 20th, at the Westmanstown Garda club in Clonsilla in Dublin.

The All Blacks are to return to the venue where they trained in 2008 and 2010 as part of their preparations to face Joe Schmidt’s Ireland side.

The link up between Dublin GAA and the New Zealand rugby side comes about due to the fact that insurance company AIG sponsor both teams.

Dublin GAA and AIG Ireland officially launched their new five-year partnership earlier today with the new Dublin jersey unveiled for the first time.
