The FifPro World XI is basically an El Clasico composite

10 of the 11 named played their football for the Spanish giants last season.

THE FifPro WORLD XI has been named at the glitzy ceremony in Switzerland today and it was very nearly a clean sweep for Real Madrid and bitter rivals Barcelona.

Only Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer was not playing his football for one of the two Spanish clubs last season while Dani Alves has, of course, moved on to Juventus.

Sergio Ramos, Marcelo, Luka Modric, Toni Kroos and Cristiano Ronaldo all made the cut for Los Blancos while the Catalan giants are represented by Gerard Pique, Andres Iniesta, Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.
