One Juventus fan is going to great lengths to see his team in the Champions League final

The Turin club have also facilitated him brilliantly.

JUVENTUS FAN NICOLO De Marchi set foot in Berlin today after walking 683 miles from Turin in a bid to earn himself a Champions League final ticket to see his beloved Juve in action.

And it will be the Juventus club themselves that will provide Nicolo with the ticket tomorrow night after they set him the challenge of trekking to Berlin on foot to make it in time for Saturday’s show-piece game.

The task stemmed from an ‘if we get to the final’ hashtag created by the Juventus Twitter account prior to their semi-final win over Real Madrid, to which Nicolo replied “I will go on foot”.

The 22-year-old was then challenged by the club to follow through on his claims and they promised him there would be a ticket waiting in Berlin for him. He has been allowed to use a bicycle for parts of his journey while also being allowed travel in a car for 12 miles due to hazardous conditions.

Due to arrive in Berlin on Thursday night, he posted an update onto his Instagram account last night saying it would be Friday before he arrived as ‘the fatigue is so great’.

But it appears he has arrived safely as the Juventus twitter account posted a picture of the student at mid-day standing in Berlin with two mascots.

Nicolo will be in attendance to watch the Old Lady take on heavy favourites Barcelona in the final tomorrow night in the Olympic Stadium.
