LUKE SHAW WILL fly back to Manchester today to continue his recovery from a horror double leg break.
A smiling Shaw posted some pictures from his Eindhoven hospital bed today as he prepared to leave, and thanked the staff for their care.
“I just wanna say a massive thank you to everyone at St Anna hospital for all the care and attention they have given me the last few days,” Shaw wrote on Instagram.
“Something I will never forget!
Am pleased to be flying back to Manchester today so I can start my journey back onto the football pitch!
The Manchester United defender was rushed to hospital on Tuesday night after he fractured his right leg in the Champions League defeat against PSV Eindhoven.
