LEINSTER’S NEW ALTERNATE shirt was revealed by the province this morning.

The sky blue and white checked jersey will act as their back-up jersey this season, which begins for the province when they take on Bernard Jackman’s Newport Gwent Dragons in their opening game of the Guinness Pro14 campaign at Rodney Parade.

It will complement the new home shirt already launched by Leinster, which was worn in the pre-season games against Gloucester and Bath.
