VILLARREAL WERE 2-1 winners over Real Sociedad in La Liga last night, with Italy international Nicola Sansone responsible for both goals.

The 24-year-old winger, a summer signing from Sassualo, slotted home the first on 21 minutes before catching Man City’s on-loan goalkeeper Geronimo Rulli off his line with an inch-perfect lob from just inside Sociedad’s half.
