OSPREYS ENHANCED THEIR chances of a home draw in the Pro12 playoffs after beating Glasgow 21-10 at the Liberty Stadium tonight.

A closely-fought opening period left the scoreline at 3-3 as the half-time whistle sounded, with Duncan Weir and Dan Evans registering a penalty apiece.

However, tries from Ben John and Rhys Webb helped the hosts establish a healthy advantage after the break.

A Chris Fusaro try from a rolling maul gave Glasgow hope, however Ospreys consolidated their victory with a Dan Biggar penalty.

The result means Ospreys now top the Pro12 on points difference, though the winners of tomorrow’s Ulster-Munster game are set to replace them.
