GOALS FROM ALVARO Morata either side of a Nolito volley ensured Spain cruised into the knock-out stage of Euro 2016 with a 3 – 0 win over Turkey in Lille.
Juventus striker Morata broke the deadlock with a terrific glancing header on 34 minutes. And his provider for that effort doubled the lead just three minutes later as a Cesc Fabregas ball was deflected into space in the area allowing Nolito to pounce.
Anders Iniesta, who provided some sparkling touches throughout a one-sided encounter threaded a through ball to Jordi Alba in the 48th minute.
The fullback was offisde on the replay, but was allowed to continue and square a pass to Morata who tapped in his second to put the result beyond all doubt.
