STEVEN GERRARD BADE farewell to Anfield on Saturday after Liverpool’s defeat to Crystal Palace.
The Reds captain thanked Reds fans for their support over the past 17 years in an emotional speech and spent some time signing autographs afterwards.
Keen to make the day about his present club and not the one he will be joining this summer, however, Gerrard refused to sign an LA Galaxy jersey, saying: “I’m not signing a Galaxy one until I’m there”.
Meanwhile, Galaxy were hammered 4-0 by Orlando City last night with Kaka and Sean St Ledger featuring for the Florida side. Robbie Keane was not involved as he is still out injured.
