Al-Ahly forced to call off training as thousands of fans swarm the pitch

The Egyptian club are getting ready for this weekend’s African Champions League final.

EYGPTIAN CLUB AL-Ahly are preparing to face Moroccan outfit Wydad Casablanca in the second leg of the African Champions League final this weekend.

After the sides played out a 1-1 draw first time around, Al-Ahly prepared by training at the Mokhtar El-Tetsh Stadium in Cairo yesterday ahead of their trip to Cairo.

However, the open session had to be abandoned after thousands of supporters filled the stands and flooded the pitch as a show of support.
