Untouchable Andy Garcia sinks a chip shot beauty at Pebble Beach

AND HERE WAS us thinking that Andy Garcia peaked with his role as Richard Gere’s nemesis in the 1990 film Internal Affairs.

Andy Garcia showed off some pretty mighty golf skills during the Prom-Am at the AT&T Pebble Beach event. The Untouchables star, who won the Pro-Am title at the California course back in the 90s, unveiled a sparkling short game to drop a chip approach from 50ft out at the par three third hole.

The pro side of the annual tournament is into its second round and 23-year-old American Andrew Loupe still leads the way on -8. Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinley is three shots back with Padraig Harrington on -2.
