Annalise Murphy gave Irish sailing a massive lift last summer when she finished an agonising fourth and just missed out on a medal at the London 2012 Olympics.
But what does it take to make it to the top as an Olympic sailor?
As part of The Journey, an Irish Sports Council project to showcase the countless hours of behind-the-scenes work and training put in by the country’s most dedicated athletes, Murphy took a camera crew out with her for a training session earlier this year.
