During tonight’s clash between Atletico Madrid and Barcelona, Arda Turan was challenged by a couple of players, his boot slipped off during the battle for possession and he desperately wanted a free-kick.
When the whistle didn’t go, he picked up his loose size 10 and flung it in the direction of the nearby linesman in frustration, narrowly missing his head.
Quite incredibly, the referee brandished only a yellow card.
And Turan was brazen enough to ask for his boot back!
