We were following all the action that was going on all around the country.

BALLINCOLLIG, AUSTIN STACKS, OMAGH and Cratloe were some of the big clubs involved in today’s club football action with the focus on Munster and Ulster.

Afternoon and welcome along to our coverage of a busy afternoon of GAA club football action. Plenty to keep an eye on and we’ll also be looking later at the hurling battles in the Kilkenny county final and the Leinster semi-final.

First up, here’s the latest in the incredibly unique pairing in the Connacht junior football final which sees Aran Islands taken on Achill. Throw-in at Tuam Stadium at 12.15pm.

Our main focus is the Munster senior football semi-finals in Tralee and Dungarvan and the Ulster senior football semi-finals in Derry and Omagh.

We’ll also be looking closely at the All-Ireland ladies football senior semi-finals in Mourneabbey in Cork and Clonberne in Galway.

And don’t forget about the Wexford county senior football final, which finally takes place today.

All over and the Aran Islands have been crowned AIB Connacht junior football club champions with a 0-16 to 0-8 win over Achill in Tuam Stadium.
