BARCELONA WENT INTO today’s game with Getafe knowing they needed a win to return to the top of La Liga but, two goals down after 15 minutes, things weren’t looking great for the Spanish Champions.

However, in the absence of Messi and Neymar, it was Pedro who came to the rescue of the Catalan giants with a nine minute first half hat-trick.

Cesc Fabregas also bagged a double to help Barca run out 5-2 winners.
