IT’S NOT QUITE Movember yet but French rugby club Bayonne have found an excuse for their fans to prematurely cultivate some outrageous facial hair.
That reason is Marc Lièvremont.
Less than 24 hours before Lièvremont’s France meet Wales for a place in the World Cup semi-finals, the Top 14 side play host to Montpellier on Friday evening.
And for those who arrive at the Stade Jean Dauger sporting a moustache in honour of the national coach’s blossoming effort, there will be half-price admission.
The offer might seem slightly unfair to Bayonne’s female fans, but the club have said that fake ronnies will be equally acceptable for the purpose of the discount.
