REIGNING ALL-IRELAND champions Cork will face Munster counterparts Tipperary while Kilkenny and Galway will go head-to-head in this year’s All-Ireland senior camogie semi-finals.
The draw for the last four double-header, which is fixed for Semple Stadium on 18 August, took place after today’s two quarter-finals at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
Tipperary and Galway both came out on top in their respective clashes, and are now set to lock horns with the ‘big two’ as they qualified directly for the semi-finals as group winners.
The meeting of Kilkenny and Galway is a repeat of this year’s league semi-final in which the Cats progressed while Cork and Tipperary’s clash is a rematch of this year’s Munster final.
The first of the two semi-finals will throw in at 5.30pm in two weeks time, with the second fixed for 19.15pm. Both will be shown live on RTÉ.
