Dates for December back-to-back Champions Cup clashes finally confirmed

Munster host Clermont in Limerick on the 6th, before travelling to France on the 14th.

CHAMPIONS CUP ORGANISERS have finally confirmed the dates and times for the back-to-back round three and round four pool fixtures in December.

These clashes have traditionally been an important part of the Heineken Cup and are likely to remain vital in the new competition.

Matt O’Connor’s Leinster travel to England to take on Harlequins at the Twickenham Stoop on the 7th of December in Pool 2, then host Conor O’Shea’s men at the Aviva Stadium on the 13th.

Munster welcome Top 14 side Clermont to Thomond Park on the 6th of December in Pool 1, before travelling to the Auvergne region for the return meeting on the 14th.

In Pool 3, Ulster host the Scarlets in Kingspan Stadium on the 6th, with the second tie between the sides taking place at Parc y Scarlets on the 14th.
