Counihan looks to O'Connor as Cork aim to get back to winning ways

Here’s some of this weekend’s team-sheets.

THE TEAM NEWS is in ahead of a busy weekend of Gaelic football action.

Cork take on Laois at O’moore Park this evening and manager Conor Counihan has made just one change from the team which lost out to Donegal last weekend.

Alan O’Connor has recovered from a back injury to take his place in midfield alongside Fintan Goold. He replaces young dual star Aidan Walsh.

DUBLIN WILL LINE out to face Armagh at Croke Park tomorrow with Alan Brogan amongst their number for the first time this season.

The Footballer of the Year’s introduction is one of three changes made by manager Pat Gilroy. Brogan is in for Kevin McManamon, James McCarthy returns from suspension to replace Davy Byrne at wing back while Michael Darragh McAuley comes in for Ross McConnell at midfield alongside Eamon Fenell.

The visitors, meanwhile, have Ciaran McKeever at centre-back after he served a ban of his own.

JACK O’CONNOR HAS made just two change for Kerry’s Division 1 clash against Donegal in Killlarney.  Eoin Brosnan gets the nod for the first time this year, starting at centre-back. He replaces Aidan O’Mahony in the starting XV.

Darran O’Sullivan is named at centre-forward, Barry-John Keane goes to inside forward line and James O’Donoghue is out due to injury.

MICKEY HARTE HAS again changed the man between the stick for Tyrone. Pascal McConnell takes over from John Devine, as Tyrone take on Westmeath tomorrow. Elsewhere, Justin McMahon comes in for Conor Clarke at full-back.
