CHELSEA WINGER EDEN Hazard could be facing a long suspension after footage appeared to show him kick a ball boy during the second half of tonight’s Capital One Cup semi-final second leg against Swansea.
With little over 10 minutes remaining, and Chelsea unable to force a breakthrough, the Belgian ran to demand the ball boy return the ball to him. The teenager appeared to deliberately delay returning the ball, and while laying on the ball was left writhing in apparent agony and holding his ribs.
Later replays would show Hazard drawing back his right boot and kicking the ball boy in the torso as he lay prone on the ground.
