Laois, Limerick and Tipperary all won the toss for venue for their respective games against Clare, Galway and Cork.
Wexford were entitled to home advantage against Kilkenny due to having played less home games already in the league this season.
Meanwhile Waterford have home advantage for their Division 1A relegation play-off against Dublin in Walsh Park next Sunday.

The Division 1B relegation decider will see Offaly travel north to face Antrim in Ballycastle.
The fixtures are as follows:
Division 1 quarter-finals
Laois v Clare, Portlaoise, 3.30pm
Wexford v Kilkenny, Wexford Park, 3.30pm
Limerick v Galway, Gaelic Grounds, Limerick, 3.30pm
