MUNSTER LOCK BILLY Holland, along with Ulster duo Ricky Lutton and Stuart McCloskey have been called up to the Emerging Ireland squad.

The shadow tour will see the ‘Emerging’ side take on Russia, Uruguay and Romania in Bucharest between June 13 and 22.

The reason for the call-ups are as a result of a calf injury sustained by Mike McCarthy and the senior call-ups handed to Rodney Ah You and Noel Reid.

As McCarthy had been originally named captain of the squad bound for Romania, the honour will pass to 24-year-old Dominic Ryan, who captained Leinster A to the British and Irish Cup last month.
