FAI confirm warm-up friendlies ahead of Euro 2012 campaign
Bosnia and Herzogovina will visit the Aviva for the final home game while Trap’s side will visit Hungary before the championships in Poland and Ukraine.

SO, NOW WE know what’s ahead of us.

Ireland’s Euro 2012 hopefuls will play warm-up games against Bosnia and Herzogovina and Hungary in the run up to the summer’s European Championships.

The FAI have confirmed that as well as next month’s meeting with the Czech Republic in Dublin, Giovanni Trapattoni’s side will line out against the Bosnians at Lansdowne Road on 26 May.

The team will then travel for a week’s warm-weather training, probably in Montecatini, Tuscany, before lining out in Hungary 4 June, just days before the 10 June kick-off against Croatia in Poznan.

The Association have also said that ticket prices for the game with the Czechs will go on sale tomorrow at reduced ‘celebration rates’ of €20 for adults and €10 for kids.
