HE HAS A record 10 All-Ireland medals and a highlight reel longer than the Lord of the Rings trilogy — but how would Henry Shefflin fare when he faced the crossbar challenge?

After all, this is a man who built a glittering career on his ability to puck the ball over or under the bar with lethal accuracy, rather than hitting the woodwork dead on.

To make matters that little bit harder, the Kilkenny legend added an extra twist by perching his helmet on top of the crossbar and trying to knock it off.

Sounds easy, right? Here’s how the most successful man ever to pick up a hurl got on.

Think you or your kids can do better than King Henry? Upload your crossbar challenge video with a twist using #GetActive and be in with a chance to win a year’s worth of Centra Live Well vouchers.
