NIKOLAY MIHALOV OF the France AVC Aix en Provence team wins today’s An Post Rás stage into Castleisland.

Gediminas Bagdonas of the Sean Kelly team takes yellow, holding a one minute 16 seconds lead over today’s runner-up, Oleksandr Sheydyk.
