Dave ‘Cow-Killer’ Kilcoyne tweeted this image of the dinner table on Monday night after the team backs and forwards had gone through their separate weight and video review sessions.

Yep, there’s enough protein-y goodness in there to sustain a small army.

Yesterday morning, they were summoned to the field to pay for their red wine and chip themed sins.
