Win tickets to Ireland's pre-Rugby World Cup farewell game against Wales

Join us for a special preview of the tournament with some of the sport’s big personalities.

IRISH RUGBY FANS will get the chance to bid Joe Schmidt’s side good luck as they wrap up their Rugby World Cup preparations in Dublin next week.

It will be the head coach’s final home game as Warren Gatland brings Wales to the Aviva Stadium for one last pre-tournament tune-up.

Schmidt will name his touring squad in the wake of the game with the Grand Slam champions. It’s all on the line.

To celebrate the fact that we’ll host our own RWC2019 preview event in Liberty Hall next week, we have a pair of tickets to give away to that important Wales test.

Murray will be joined by his regular Rugby Weekly counterpart Gavan Casey and some very special guests; Leinster try machine James Lowe, and his Champions Cup winning counterpart and 2015 World Cup runner-up with Australia, Scott Fardy.

The event takes place on Wednesday, 4 September with doors opening at 6.30pm.

So, to win the pair of tickets to Ireland v Wales, email competitions@the42.ie with the name that will host the Rugby World Cup final on 2 November.
