THERE IS VERY little Mike Tyson can say that comes across as overly shocking these days.
The public have come to expect the unexpected from the man who sports a tattoo on his face.
For those who have seen 2008 documentary Tyson by James Toback, you quickly realise how honest the former heavyweight champion of the world is.
He’s done it all and done some more.
Iron Mike’s latest foray into the spotlight has come in the form of a stand up show where he tells stories of his life: Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth – Live on Stage.
In an interview about the subject matter of the show, he revealed yet another golden nugget about his eventful life.
“I didn’t talk about getting a prison official pregnant,” he said of the show in an interview for Sportscenter.
While you were locked up in prison, Mike?
“Oh, yeah. In prison, stuff happens. But she had no baby.”
That was not his only admission, Tyson also took morphine recreationally.
“I just liked morphine,” he said, “but I had to take a lot of it because it didn’t stay in your system for a long time.
“And I’d have my cocaine, and I had my marijuana, and I had my Cialis and Viagra and my little friends all sitting there. That’s just how I lived my life.”
