Chicharito is on his way back to the Premier League
JAVIER HERNANDEZ IS on his way back to the Premier League after West Ham United this evening announced they have agreed a fee for the striker with Bayer Leverkusen.
The former Manchester United and Real Madrid striker will fly to London in the coming days to finalise personal terms and undergo a medical.
ESPN report that ‘Chicharito’ will leave Bayer Leverkusen for East London after the Hammers activated the €14.5 million release clause in his contract.
The 29-year-old spent six seasons at Manchester United, scoring 59 goals and winning two Premier League titles, but fell out of favour under Louis van Gaal and went on loan to Real Madrid before signing for Leverkusen in the summer of 2015.
