Try not to cringe as All Blacks stars try their hand at comedy

Fair play to the lads for trying but they should probably stick to the rugby.

JULIAN SAVEA AND Ben Smith have both scored international hat-tricks for New Zealand so they have a sizeable chunk of credit in the bank.

Savea romped in a trio of scores against Ireland on his Test debut while Smith thrice dotted down against Australia at the weekend.

However, rugby fans may never allow them to live down this frankly awful attempt at comedy. The duo appear in an official All Blacks video as ‘The Bomb Squad’, security guards for the national side.

Watch in horror as they deadpan jokes about bugs in phones, bombing in pools and underwear in the laundry. WARNING: They are no Flight of the Conchords.
