SIX PLAYERS FROM this year’s Kerry U21 setup will be involved with the county’s junior football side for next Sunday’s Munster semi-final against Clare in Ennis.

Goalkeeper Shane Murphy, centre-back Denis Daly, wing-back Gavin Crowley, centre-forward Ciaran Keating, corner-forward Thomas Hickey and substitute Padraig Ó Sé all lined out for the Kerry U21 side that lost out to Cork in last March’s Munster quarter-final.

Kerry’s team contains four members of the junior side who were defeated by Tipperary in last year’s provincial quarter-final.

Midfielder Brendan O’Sullivan and the attacking trio of Keating, Philip O’Connor and Gavan O’Grady all started in that game.
