Chelsea offered £70m Aubameyang, Celtic sign Man City midfielder and today's transfer gossip

In other news, Adnan Januzaj is off to Spain while PSG have won the race for Dani Alves.

HERE ARE THE good, the bad, and the unlikely football moves being talked about today…

After missing out on Manchester United-bound Romelu Lukaku and with Diego Costa’s future uncertain, Chelsea are in the market for a world-class striker.

And, according to Sky Sports, the Premier League champions have been offered £70 million-rated forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang by Borussia Dortmund. The Gabon native has scored 85 goals in 128 Bundesliga appearances since arriving in Germany four years ago.

Celtic have announced the signing of 21-year-old midfielder Olivier Ntcham from Manchester City. The France U21 international, who has spent the last two seasons on loan at Genoa, joins the Hoops on a four-year deal.

Meanwhile, Adnan Januzaj is expected to make a £9.8m switch to Real Sociedad from Manchester United later today. The Belgian, 22, broke into United’s first team in 2013 but he has failed to work his way into Jose Mourinho’s plans after loan spells at Borussia Dortmund and Sunderland.

Elsewhere, Paris Saint-Germain look set to announce a deal to bring free agent Dani Alves to France. The 34-year-old full-back left Juventus after one season and Man City had been keen to secure his signature.

PSG are holding a press conference today, where the Brazilian could be unveiled after reportedly agreeing a two-year deal.

Swansea manager Paul Clement has confirmed that there is “very strong interest” in Gylfi Sigurdsson and the Welsh club are believed to have slapped a £50m price tag on the Icelandic playmaker’s head with Everton and former club Tottenham both

Retro Deal of the Day: Bosko Balaban

Aston Villa boss John Gregory brought Croatian striker Balaban to the Premier League from Dinamo Zagreb for £5.8m in 2001. However, he turned out to be a utter flop — making nine appearances without scoring a single goal before departing for Club Brugge on a free transfer two years later.
