Guess who's back? A certain towering Belgian gets a rare start tonight

Marouane Fellaini has struggled for first-team football this term but is preferred to Carrick, Schweinsteiger and Herrera.

MAROUANE FELLAINI IS in the Manchester United starting lineup for tonight’s clash with Liverpool.

The imposing Belgian will partner Morgan Schneiderlin in midfield but hasn’t played in a month.

His last appearance came in the 1-1 draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on 7th February.

Fellaini gets the nod ahead of Michael Carrick, Bastian Schweinsteiger and Ander Herrera though the latter is believed to be struggling for full fitness.

All three are on the bench

Fellaini started at Anfield in January, when Wayne Rooney’s solitary goal proved the difference.

He was also instrumental, though in a more advanced role, when United won 2-1 at Anfield last March in one of their best performances of the season.
