MUNSTER SECURED A solid 22-16 win over Connacht in the Pro12 last night, with JJ Hanrahan scoring all their points at Thomond Park. You can check out the Kerryman’s try in the video above, while the late score by Connacht’s replacement hooker Dave Heffernan is also on display. That score proved important for Pat Lam’s men, as they grabbed a bonus point in the dying moments.

The other focus of the video is the mini-brawl that broke out when James Cronin gave Nathan White a patronising pat on the head following a scrum penalty for Munster. The Kiwi responded with an open-handed slap, and there was plenty of pushing and shoving. Was referee Dudley Phillips right to hand out two yellow cards in this instance? Too harsh or not harsh enough?
