THERE WEREN’T ANY real surprises in Anthony Foley’s Munster team to play Sale in the opening round of the inaugural Champions Cup, with Dave Kilcoyne and Peter O’Mahony’s inclusions the only changes from their 34-23 win over Leinster earlier this month.
O’Mahony captains the side at blindside flanker for the trip to Edgeley Park with Tommy O’Donnell at seven and CJ Stander at eight completing the back row.
The backline is unchanged from Munster’s win over Leinster but Dave Kilcoyne, who was on the bench that day, comes in for James Cronin at loosehead prop.
Munster play Sale on Sky Sports at 13.00 tomorrow.
