EARLIER THIS WEEK, Limerick announced the signings a number of young players to their U17 National League squad.
Among them, was 16-year-old striker Barry Cotter. It was quickly pointed out on Twitter that former Avenue United and Ennis Town teenager Cotter shares some physical similarities with none other than Barcelona’s Brazilian forward Neymar.
Incredibly, the story is now spreading around the world with the BBC, The Scotsman, Sport (Spain), Tuttosport (Italy) and SB Nation (US), all reporting it today.
