Expensive Taste

Novak Djokovic has bought ALL of the donkey cheese in the world for his restaurant chain

Give us a bite there, Novak.

WHAT DO YOU buy the man who has everything? How about all of the donkey cheese in the world?

Tennis world number one Novak Djokovic has bought the entire annual supply of pule, the world’s most expensive cheese, to be used in a new chain of restaurants which he plans to open, the Telegraph reports.

The extremely rare cheese is produced in Zasavica, Serbia, on the only farm in the world which milks donkeys to make cheese (not because making donkey cheese is weird; it’s just not very cost-effective.)

A kilogram of the cheese, which costs about €1,000, is made using 25 litres of fresh donkey milk.
