PETER HUTTON HAS left his position as Derry City manager by mutual consent tonight.
The news comes less than 24 hours after the Candystripes’ FAI Ford Cup exit, after a comprehensive defeat on Leeside last night.
Paul Hegarty will take over for the rest of the season, the club say in a statement.
Hutton is a club legend at the Brandwell having represented the club over 600 times in competitive games.
