AFTER THIS WEEK’S news that Leinster hooker Richardt Strauss would be laid up some time after discovering a hole in his heart, the Ireland international was spotted out and about today.

Here he is watching on as Leinster A take on the Ealing Trailfinders in Donnybrook.

The South African was this week due to go for exploratory surgery on the issue that has been with him from birth.

Here’s hoping the next phase of his treatment won’t keep him down either.

Leinster A trounced the visitors 49 – 8 thanks to tries from Sam Coughlan-Murray, Conor Gilsenan, Leo Auva’a, Tadhg Beirne, John Cooney and Tom Farrell; and 19 points via Cathal Marsh.
