Ricky Nixon sells family home after departing for Ireland

Aussie Rules agent at the centre of teenage sex allegations completes sale of luxury house.

CONTROVERSIAL AUSSIE RULES player agent Ricky Nixon has sold his family home for AUS$2.2million.

The sale of his luxury home in the Kew area fell $300,000 short of the $2.5 million for which Nixon had been hoping.

The so-called super-scout is currently in Ireland ‘on business’. Nixon remains at the centre of allegations made by a 17-year-old girl.

The AFL coach has attracted some of the GAA’s brightest young talents down under in the past.

The teenager at the centre of the St Kilda nude photo scandal told journalists that she had an “affair” with Nixon.

The coach subsequently informed reporters that he had visited the girl in her hotel room on Sunday night and again on Valentine’s Day, though he denied having an affair. The embattled agent later admitted “in hindsight my dealings with this girl were inappropriate and I regret them. I won’t be seeing her again.”

Videos were made public that allegedly depicted the 47-year-old in a hotel room in his underwear with the girl. There is also a white powder on an adjacent table.

A lawyer is currently probing the allegations after the AFL players union handed over the investigation.
