IF THIS IS the end, it’s a low-key way for the curtain to come down on two glittering international careers.
Shay Given and Robbie Keane appeared to wave goodbye to the Ireland fans in Lyon this afternoon after the Boys in Green’s heartbreaking defeat to France.
Both have been incredible servants to the cause over so many years and while it isn’t the fitting farewell either deserve, there were special scenes at full-time for the whole squad.
