The Rocket booked his place in the Welsh Open tonight.

RONNIE O’SULLIVAN EASED into the final of the Welsh Open with a 6-3 win over Joe Perry tonight.

The Rocket, a five-time world champion, will meet Neil Robertson in the final tomorrow after the Australian defeated Mark Allen 6-4.

As he so regularly does, O’Sullivan, who was criticised earlier this week for intentionally missing a 147, produced a moment of magic en route to victory with this wonderful plant.
