Rory Jacob returns as Wexford hurlers make three changes to team to face Laois

The sides face off next Sunday afternoon at Wexford Park.

RORY JACOB RETURNS to the Wexford team for Sunday’s Division 1B hurling league tie at home to Laois.

Jacob will start at corner-forward after impressing when sprung from the bench against Limerick last weekend.

Wexford lost that game by 1-14 to 2-8 but Jacob caught the eye as he bagged 1-2 at the Gaelic Gronds.

Other changes made by manager Liam Dunne see Liam Ryan come into the team at corner-back while Ciaran Kenny will start at wing-back.The players to make way are Paul Morris, Ian Byrne and Jack Guiney.

Several positional changes take place with Keith Rossiter moving to wing-back, Willie Devereux and Eanna Martin forming a new midfield partnership with Diarmuid O’Keeffe and WIT Fitzgibbon Cup winner Harry Kehoe both switcing to the half-foward line.
