RTÉ to broadcast Irish women's Olympic showdown with Belgium

RTÉ HAVE CONFIRMED they will broadcast the Irish women’s hockey Olympic qualifier final this weekend.

Ireland take on hosts Belgium on Sunday with a place in London up for grabs.

The men’s side fell at the last hurdle against Korea at Belfield last week. Having defeated top seeds Spain 3-2 on yesterday, the women’s side will hope to go one better to make history.

Coverage will begin at 3.20pm on RTÉ One.
